Hi Friends!
In this video I will be UNBOXING a huge shipment of Rare Plants ordered from Ecuagenera. I usually have good luck with the plants from this company, but maybe my luck has run out? The plants were in terrible condition and most were dead or dying.

I will share with you what I learned from the return process as well. Here are some Do's and Don'ts when ordering;
1. Make sure there is a Heat Pack in your order if it's winter
2. Don't cut off leaves if you plant on returning/refunding the plant
3. Returns are time sensitive: 3-Days to reach out for Ecuagenera.com or 5-Days for Ecuagenera.US.

This was definitely NOT the rare plant unboxing I was expecting. But i'm not giving up on ordering plants online. It's still lots of fun and this was rare.
