This video focuses on the transition to adulthood for teens with ADHD. Learn about the demands facing high school students as they move into the next phase of their lives, and how ADHD makes this transitional time of young adult life more challenging. Review some of the steps of normative “emerging adulthood” and how roles change for both caregivers and students. Review some steps that can be taken to help prepare for the adjustment in young adult roles and ways to increase the likelihood of these steps being taken. Speaker is J.
