Ingredients for a 20 x 30 cm baking tray
◽ 150 g white chocolate + 100 g cream 30% (to melt)
◽ 2 raspberry jellies
◽ 4 partial glasses of hot water (800 ml, for jelly)
◽ 15 pieces of white trinkets
◽ 150 g finely chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or peanuts)
◽ 300 g biscuits, I used wholegrain ones (approx. 60 pieces)
◽ 250 g unsweetened condensed milk (for soaking)
◽ 700 g of cream 36%, well chilled
◽ 250 g mascarpone cheese, chilled
◽ any fruit for top
