2 chicken eggs.
A pinch of salt.
75 g sugar.
15 g vegetable oil.
45 g flour.
15 g cocoa powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Ingredients for the cream filling:
80 g sugar.
10 g agar agar.
30 g cocoa powder.
350 ml milk.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
450 ml cream 33% fat.
130 g milk chocolate.

Ingredients for the chocolate icing:
120 g dark chocolate.
120 ml hot cream 33% fat.
40 ml water.
4 g gelatin.
