Museu de Marinha, Navy Museum or Maritime Museum depending on where it's listed, is in the Belem district at one end of the Jeronimos Monastery. It's a look into the history of Portugal's sea-faring history from exploration to military and commercial exploits. Plan to spend at least 1-1/2 hours here. I had bad luck with the audio guide but give it a try
