Many busy executives are so focussed on today's productivity, that they fail to prepare themselves and their organisations for what will be needed tomorrow.

Xavier Marcet tells leaders that we should spend 70% of our time on leading today, 20% on getting ready for the rest of the year and 10% getting ready for 10 years time.
