In this short video you can see how I made cottagecore Easter eggs.

For the easter eggs I did not buy any supplies and worked with what I had at hand. Budget friendly, low waste and a fun project to do if you want to have a relaxing creative moment. (Also a possible fun project to do with kids).

I useed real eggs of which I removed the edible inside (and ate it) and was left with the shell. As a paint I used acrylic gouache. Any acrylic paint will give you an opaque, long-lasting result. But id you would like to use another type of paint you can surely give that a try! Egg shells are poreous and therefor easy to paint.
