Hello comrades! The time has come to address the biggest elephant in One Piece. No, not Zunesha, I'm talking about the Captain of the Straw Hats Luffy, aka Joyboy, Sun God Nika(?) and the one destined to liberate them all. This was one hell of a reveal, and I can't say I enjoyed it, because I've never thought of Luffy as a child of prophecy or some kind of chosen one. But look how the tables have turned... He ate apparently the most broken Devil Fruit called Hito Hito no Mi: Type Nika, which was previously held by the legendary JoyBoy. Well, hope you find this analysis entertaining and/or informative.
