Today we head out to Leechtown a ghost town on the southernmost tip of Vancouver island. This ghost town is the site of a late 1800s gold rush. Once gold was discovered in the area it generated an influx of people to the area in a matter of months, a large town site was created Placer gold miners flooded in from all parts of the country today we explore this abandoned gold rush area to see what pieces of history are left to find!
