Incredibly delicious pickled eggplants. Simple and quick.
All vegetables prepared according to this recipe (eggplants, peppers, garlic) are very tasty.
Ingredients:
Eggplants 2 pcs.
Medium pepper 4 pcs.
Water 300 ml.
Black pepper and allspice
Garlic 2 cloves
1 heaping tbsp. salt
Sugar 3 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 6% 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
