This trip was nine years in the making. When I showed up in Wrangell St. Elias I wasn't 22 anymore, apparently. I think that the time to do the things that interest you is when you find them most interesting. This trip helped me realize that my dream changed. I'm okay with that because I made different choices, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't have loved live in Wrangell St. Elias when I was younger.
