I spent a delightful hour or so sat in a field up above Breaky Bottom in the South Downs, enjoying the view of the vineyard along with a few glasses of their 2018 Blanc de Noirs "Cuvée Noella". Includes a few facts about what I think makes Breaky Bottom so special.
