I may be embarking on a journey to build a local LLM-powered voice assistant and server combination with multi-sensor & human presence detection capabilities! I call this VERY prototype creation, "HomeX" and it will control your home via the Home Assistant platform, play music, detect the temperature, motion and even who is in the room via their bluetooth watch or phone.
