The Tredegar Society welcomes author & VMI alum Dr. Richard McMurray for a talk that explores how the success of VMI Cadets at the Battle of New Market so infuriated Northern officers that they burned much of the campus to the ground, and how the Institute's graduates influenced their units during the War.
