250g masła lub margaryny / 250g cold butter
5 łyżek cukru/ 5 table spoon sugar
2,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia/ 2,5 teaspoon baking powder
5 żółtek/ 5 egg yolks
3 łyżki śmietany kwaśnej 12 lub 18% / 3 tablespoons of sour cream

PIANKA
5 białek + 1/2 szkl cukru / 5 eggs whites and 0,5 glass of sugar
