‘le Panier’ is the oldest “quartier” (neighborhood) in Marseille, France. The neighborhood is full of apartments, restaurants, small shops and the most artistic wall paintings and graffiti of any city I have visited. I walk through the narrow streets and alleys and film the beautiful wall art.
