This Ichiran Ramen is located in Shinjuku area. This is the best ramen I ever tried in my life. Very much recommend to order the set toppings (1490 yen) which included extra chasu, mushrooms and nori (dried seaweed). I promised you will even finish the soup, it was so rich and flavorful. The texture of the noodle recommend for firm noodles, as you can experience the chewiness of each bite.
