Fill a meal with leftover or favorite vegetables in the refrigerator.

[Ingredients]
Zucchini, carrot, Saesongi mushroom, shiitake mushroom, green onion, Kkwari pepper (a little bit of salt, 1 tablespoon of bean powder, 2/3 tablespoon of starch powder), tofu (with starch powder)

[Soybean paste dressing]
2 tablespoons of chopped onions, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoons of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, pepper

[Steamed pan vegetables or grilled vegetables]
1. Cut zucchini into round shapes.
2. Slice carrots long and long.
3. Cut the green onions into long pieces and then cut them in the middle.
4. Slice the mushrooms into round shapes, and slice the shiitake mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
5. Sprinkle vegetables with minimal salt and olive oil and mix them roughly.
6. Wash it in a mixing bowl, add a bit of salt, season it, and mix it roughly with bean powder and starch powder.
7. Place the prepared vegetables in a thick-bottomed pan one at a time, cover and turn over medium heat for 5 minutes, once heated, and cook for 5 minutes.

[Grilled tofu]
1. Cut tofu into bite-size pieces.
2. Sprinkle starch powder on the cutting board, place tofu, and sprinkle starch powder on top of tofu.
3. Grease a pan with olive oil and put tofu on it, then place it on a fire and grill it (in 5 minutes) in a short time, turning the tofu over medium heat when the pan is heated.

Serve the vegetables and tofu neatly on a pretty plate, and then sprinkle or dip it in the soybean paste dressing to eat it deliciously.
