4 Star characters are naturally weaker than 5 Stars for their lower rarity. But they should still be good enough to have a relevant presence in the meta. While support characters have done a decent job, DPS characters on the other hand have to directly compete against their 5 star counterparts, begging the question: are 4 star DPS characters pointless?
