Recipe:
Fresh fish-700 grams
Carrots-2 pieces
Onion-2 pieces
Tomato paste or sauce or ketchup-1 cup (200 ml)
Bay leaf-2 pieces
Clove-3-5 cloves
Cinnamon - a small piece
Water-2 cups (400 ml)
Vinegar-9%- 30 or 50 milliliters (to taste)
Salt-1 teaspoon
Sugar-3 tablespoons
