Hi Friends,
This video is regarding how to make Backed Cheesy Fish in Garlic White Cream Sauce
Important Points -
1. Marinate the fish fillets (BASA) in ginger garlic paste, Salt and Pepper for half hour at least
2. Shallow fry the fillets on both sides and keep apart.
3. Make the Garlic White Sauce in low heat using lots of chopped garlic, some chilis, 2 tbsp of all purpose flour, 50 gms of butter and 1 and half cup of milk
4. Once the sauce is ready, pour in a microwave pot and put the shallow fried fillets, cover up with Mozzarella cheese and bake in a microwave for 4-5 mins at 210° C
5. Serve Hot
