Tattoo artist Dylan Carr owner and tattoo artist of Crown and Feather Tattoo in Philadelphia PA is bringing his unique perspective to the tattoo world. Dylan started working at a tattoo shop right out of high school. After high school he jumped right into an apprenticeship at a well known Philadelphia tattoo shop. Dylan has been tattooing for 8 years and has already become a wizard at the "Micro Tattoo" or also known as a "Fine Line Tattoo". Dylan has also done free cover up tattoos for people with self harm scars working with Project Tsukurou.
