Ahead of next week's long awaited first Labour budget, a cross-party group of 30 MPs and Peers, have written to Rachel Reeves to ask that she tax extreme wealth in the upcoming budget.

In a letter sent to the Chancellor, they argue that an extreme wealth tax would generate a large stream of revenue.

They also warn that the public will not accept any more cuts to public services.
