Sweet bread with nuts is a delicate and aromatic pastry that combines the soft texture of an airy dough with the intense taste of a nutty filling. This bread is made with a base of warm milk and fresh yeast, which gives it a fluffy and light structure. Crunchy nuts added to the creamy filling create an appetizing contrast, and the delicate vanilla aroma adds a special sophistication. The bread can be served as an independent treat with tea or coffee, and its golden brown crust and pleasant nutty taste will not leave any family or guests unimpressed.

Recipe:
450-500 g wheat flour (4 cups).
1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon).
13 g fresh yeast (1/2 oz).
125 ml warm water (1/2 cup).
125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup).
1 egg + 1 egg yolk.
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
50g butter (11/2 oz).
For the cream:
2 egg yolks.
4 tablespoons sugar (4 tablespoons).
10 g vanilla sugar (1/2 teaspoon).
10 g cornstarch (1/2 teaspoon).
250 ml warm milk (1 cup).
30 g butter (1 oz).
Heat until the mixture thickens. Place in a bowl. Cover with cling film. Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
100g nuts.
Add nuts to the cream.
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Shape the buns as shown in the video. Brush with egg mixture. Decorate with nuts.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
