Hey everyone, this is an introduction to breath hold, my experiences, training and some easy at home exercises you can do at home while you are stuck in isolation, or just for extra practice.

Disclaimer - this is a 20 minute introduction video, nothing competes with experience, free-dive courses and training to improve your overall ability, when you can, go do all of the above if you are interested in bettering your ability. In the meantime, I hope my videos can help you with the basics!

The number 1 rule with any breath hold training is never under any circumstance hold your breath
alone in a body of water, always have a dive buddy for safety reasons, and fun reasons.

You can try these at home, in a safe spot, couch, bed, laying on the floor, just make sure your comfy and not at risk of falling over ( we dont want that )

Freediving, and breath hold is supposed to be relaxing, so enjoy, and become a better free-diver even from the comfort of your lounge room or bed.
