In the morning around 05:15, a female truck driver who wanted to round the roundabout at Deller Straße and Hagener Straße had to experience this. The Semitrailer, loaded with over 2500 cases of empty beer bottles, tipped over onto its right side and slid to its final position. The employees of a salvage company, with the support of the fire department, first had to reload all the cases and pallets into a provided replacement vehicle by hand. Afterwards, the truck could be lifted back onto its wheels with the winches of two tow trucks and towed away. The female truck driver had suffered minor injuries in the accident and was taken to hospital by the emergency services.
