In this installment of SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED, I go over how I (along with other speedrunners) beat Baldur’s Gate 3 in under 4 minutes. This run is REALLY short, and as such, you actually don’t see a lot of the game, meaning that this SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED is largely spoiler free and can be enjoyed by people still playing the game. This run incorporates skipping the Nautiloid at the beginning of the game, putting Shadowheart in a box (shadowboxing), and skipping to the end of Act 1 and Act 2. Something something something this game isn’t meant to be speedran, you’re supposed to enjoy the dialogue and reactivity. Whatever kid, stop telling people how to enjoy things.
