How to Add AI Voice-over in PowerPoint - to Record Your Online Course Videos

Want an easy way to record your PowerPoint slides as video?

Don't want to use your own voice (or maybe just a bit of it)?

Follow along as I show you how to use a text script to generate an AI voice-over for your course slideshow.

Then I show you how to use that voice to record your presentation as a video.

Or here's the quick summary of the steps, using one of our private label rights (PLR) courses, which contain all the text and slides already done and ready to customize:

Part 1:
Edit your slides for the module you want to record
Copy and edit the corresponding text from your Course Book (or create your own script from scratch)

Part 2:
Use Eleven Labs (https://contentsparks.com/elevenlabs) to record the script text as an AI voice. Download that audio file.
OR
Use the free Audacity (https://www.audacityteam.org/) plus ChatGPT's 'read aloud' to record the script text. (Record speakers only, NOT microphone.) Edit and export the audio file to your computer.

Part 3:
Insert your audio file to the slide you want it to start playing on.
In Playback menu for audio, select 'start automatically', 'play across slides', and 'hide during show'.

Part 4:
In Record menu, click 'play from beginning'
Keep microphone (and optional camera) on for sections where you speak.
Stop recording before slide where audio file starts.
Turn off microphone on slide where audio starts BEFORE hitting record again.
Advance from slide to slide in relevant spots as you listen to the audio recording.
Stop recording when done.

Part 5:
Export video when done recording.
OR
Go back to editing, make any slide design adjustments, and THEN Export video.
