Using some "batch" strategies for installing our skoolie furring strips on the walls and ceiling certainly made the process less tedious than it would have been.

Using a jig on my chop saw, I was able to make repeat cuts not only for some of the wall framing but also for many of the ceiling blocks.

Similarly, I set up a fence and anchor marks on my drill press to speed up the process for predrilling holes in the blocks.

To cut notches for window overhangs and bolts, I used a dado blade on my table saw...and once again used a stop block for repeated cuts. That way I don't have to measure every blessed one!

I found that the Irwin squeeze clamp worked the best for holding pieces in place. (https://amzn.to/2JLoRVr)

Also, I really think that the sill seal (https://amzn.to/2Rb62zp) will be a cheap and effective thermal break!

Thanks for watching!
