There are three steps to making these most delicious Pierogi. First you make the dough, then the filling and lastly, a very simple sauce. This recipe makes quite a few, but you can easily cut this recipe in half. Here we will prepare a potato and cheese filling, but you can also make a mushroom, cabbage, meat or even fruit filling. The dough is beautiful to work with and absolutely delicious. Scallions or onions and butter makes for a simple and perfect sauce for these Pierogi. Enjoy!
