Easy Method of Parotta making

350gram of Maida flour in the Bowl
Add required salt ,one spoon oil and mixed well
Adding Boiled water little by little mixed well
make dough chapati consistency.
take idiyappam Achu and filled this batter 3/4
three spoons of cooking oil Grease with plate
make parotta peda shown in the video

cover it Rest in 15mins to 30mins
apply oil in top of peda
then gentle press make parotta
cooking parotta in the medium flame
Now your layered parotta is ready..
