This route from the pedestrian bridge across the Cooks River will take you up a hill on very wide streets from Lees Park (Centerbury Racecourse) to the edge of Ashfield. From there you will follow council marked streets Park Lane and Roberts St to Summer Hill.

This route is all roads but it avoids all the major traffic sewers with the exception of Milton Rd. At Summer Hill you can ride into the city on the railway line cycleway, park your bicycle with a good lock, or if you are not in peak traffic, stick your bicyle for free on the train.
