Believe it or not you can make a darn good cake on a standard grill. This peach upside down cake turned out sublime and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Add a splash of bourbon and it would be incredible...just don't light the house on fire. I hope you enjoyed the recipe and be sure to drop a comment if you did.
Ingredients:
2-3 ripe peaches
5 tbsp butter (browned and divided in half)
1 cup cup brown sugar (3 tbsp for peaches & 2 tbsp for cream)
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 whole egg
1/2 cup milk (add or subtract 1-2 tbsp for consistency)
1/2 cup peach juice
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
