In this video series I share my latest project; converting a house into a duplex. The upstairs (unit 1) was renovated with a new kitchen, foyer and bathroom. All other rooms were re-painted, had their hardwood floors refinished and received new trim. The downstairs (unit 2) started with an unfinished basement and required everything from new bathroom plumbing to cutting through the foundation for an egress window.
