The Nikkor 105mm f2.5 lens has always been a lens I wanted to try out. Its reputation has always been that it was one of Nikon’s best 35mm SLR manual lenses. Finally I got to try it out for a day at the beach. I matched it up with my Nikon D700. Even did some lens comparisons using my Nikon Z9. Surprising results.
