In this short video, I go over the main points on how to migrate a Unifi Controller using the site export. This is the primary method I use when migrating controllers unless there is an unreasonable amount of sites to move. This simply exports a site (and all relevant settings) and lets you upload it to a different controller instance.

This is to serve as a rough outline or explanation of the process and is not meant to go into great detail on every aspect of migrating a site in this manner.
