In this video I am roasting a new coffee from IKAWA, a Geisha from 90 Plus Coffee Farms in Panama. Roasting on the IKAWA Home Roaster again then brewing it up on the OREA V3. This coffee was way to fresh to be brewing but I wanted to see how the roast had gone. After this coffee had rested it tasted far better than in the video.
