Keeping today's episode short because I'm pressed for time this week. Despite it being a short episode though, the subject of the video is delicious- chocolate mousse! This is such a simple yet tasty dessert to make/ like seriously, it comes together in no time. A great dessert to make if you're pressed for time.

Ingredients:
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 large eggs, whites and yolks seperated
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 additional tbsp white granulated sugar for whipping cream
1/2 whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla paste
