Cacio e pepe literally means "cheese and pepper" in Italian. Rome is the hometown of Cacio e Pepe, which is a delicious pasta dish made with pecorino cheese and freshly ground black pepper.

I use the same basic method as Italian Cacio e Pepe when cooking this chicken dish - I just used a lot more pepper. :P

I didn't write a recipe on purpose because this is something you can adjust easily to your personal taste.
