In today's video, we made the perfect Beef Wellington! We begin by creating our flavorful mushroom duxelle. We then sear a beautiful chateaubriand, which is the cut of meat used for Beef Wellington. We opted for beef bacon to layer with the duxelle instead of prosciutto. We then encase everything in store-bought puff pastry, seal the edges with egg wash, and bake until golden brown.
