I'm on a journey to the Chūgoku region, aiming for both the San'in and Sanyō areas, but first, I moved from Hino City to Tachikawa Station in Tachikawa City, Tokyo. Instead of the north exit with Isetan and IKEA, I explored the south exit, where there are many bars and restaurants. Since it was a Saturday, quite a few people were out and about.
I also passed by the area of Nishiki-cho Rakutenchi, which no longer shows any trace of its past, but I noticed that near the love hotels, women were still standing around, calling out to passersby.
