Unsolicited advice. Stop giving advice to people who don’t ask for it. Know when to not give advice. I know it’s tempting to step in when you know the answer. You want to help people. But sometimes giving advice is a waste of time. Know when its good to step in a and speak up but also be aware that some people won’t benefit from hearing it.

This is why you shouldn’t always give advice to people.
