Ingredients:

For dough:
200g soft butter
a pinch of salt
8g vanilla sugar
170g sugar
3 eggs
200g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda

Baking pan 22 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes

For pudding:
5 apples (about 800g)
500g apple juice
30g sugar
70g custard vanilla flavor
Pour the pudding over the cake. Allow to cool completely and then place in the fridge for 4 hours.

For cream:
Soak 9g gelatine in 70g cold water.
400g cream (33% fat)
120g sugar
250g mascarpone

Cover the cake with cling film and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
