I repurposed some aluminum loading ramps for the dropdown bedsides on my 2001 tacoma flatbed build, worked out great! heres how i made the headache rack and modified the ramps to work

Buying Steel 1:08

Finding the right cut angle: 3:14

Cutting 1/4 steel with Skill saw 7:14
