Homeless encampments have risen up in cities and towns across the country. As the camps are destroyed, where do the homeless people go?

This is a question most people probably don't think about. The homeless are not helped, they are just displaced - moved to a new location. This practice is known as Homeless Dumping.

In most cases, homeless dumping just involves moving people out of one neighborhood and into another, but in some instances it can be more. Cities and towns have been busing the homeless to other parts of the country for decades. Essentially dumping their homeless population in other cities.
