In this episode of Crash and Learn we thought we would turn the camera on some of our own carnage from the Pit River. Kailee suffered a serious injury running Pit Falls with a spiral fracture to her humerus resulting in surgery to her right arm. We're taking a look at how this happened and some lessons from the experience. Some things we will look at in detail are stacking the odds against you, double checking your gear, and making sure you have the right equipment for the job when things go sideways.
