15 Minute Full Body Bodyweight Workout Follow Along! There is no equipment needed for this workout so this workout can be done almost anywhere! This full body workout will help you improve your strength, athleticism, stamina, power, balance etc! This will help prepare your body to play the full 90 minutes in a soccer/football match!

The Workout Is Below:

The workout only lasts for 15 minutes so there are no excuses not to get this done! The workout consists of 2 parts. Both parts have 14 different exercises with a 1 minute rest between the parts. Each exercise we will be performing will be for 30 seconds straight. (If you are a beginner you can do the exercise for 15-20 seconds and if you are advanced you can do it for 40 seconds).

PART 1:
1. Reverse Lunges
2. Squats
3. Hip Thrusts
4. Push-Ups
5. Burpees
6. Shoulder Taps + Jump In
7. Elbow Plank
8. Side Plank Right with Leg Raise
9. Side Plank Left with Leg Raise
10. Skater Jumps
11. Side Lunge Right
12. Side Lunge Left
13. Plank with Arm and Leg Raise (Opposite arm, Opposite Leg)
14. Mountain Climbers Fast

1 MINUTE REST

PART 2:
1. Jumping Lunges with Squat
2. Calf Raises Toes Out
3. Hamstring Walk
4. Push Up to Side Plank
5. Pike Push-Ups
6. Plank Back & Forth Rock
7. Mountain Climber Twists
8. Bird Dog Crunch Right
9. Bird Dog Crunch Left
10. Lunges with Knee Drive Right
11. Lunges with Knee Drive Left
12. Squat Hold
13. V-Crunch
14. Russian Twists
