I have been using metabolic therapies, particularly medical ketogenic therapy to treat and manage my schizoaffective disorder over the last 9 months. During this time, I have also been able to drastically reduce my psychiatric medications under close medical supervision.

This is a documentation of my final dose of psychiatric medication.

I hope that this can rewrite the narrative or conception of what is possible in terms of recovery and quality of life for someone who has struggled with mental illness.
