বর্ষাকালে বাংলাদেশের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর জায়গাগুলোর একটি হয়ে উঠে টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর। সুন্দর বিশাল সুসজ্জিত হাউসবোটে করে অনেক সাচ্ছন্দ্যে উপভোগ করা যায় হাওরের বিশালতা। আর সাথে নিলাদ্রী লেক, যাদুকাটা নদী, সবুজে ঘেরা মেঘালয়ের পাহাড়, শিমুল বাগান, লাকমাছড়া, এসব অপরূপ সুন্দর জায়গাতো আছেই।

বর্ষাকালে নিলাদ্রী লেক যেন ভূ-স্বর্গে পরিণত হয়। চারপাশে সবুজ ঘাস আর ছোট ছোট টিলা, পাহাড় মিলিয়ে এত বেশি সুন্দর হয়ে উঠে যে এ জায়গাকে বাংলার কাশ্মীর বলে থাকেন অনেকেই। আমরা যখন যাই তখন বিকেলে বৃষ্টি ভেজা নীলাদ্রি লেক দেখে সত্যিই মুগ্ধ হয়ে তাকিয়ে ছিলাম।
