Resdihome St Denis / St Ouen is not a super fancy hotel. It was great value, though. The room was comfortable and decently equipped. There are grocery stores and restaurants within easy walking distance and easy access to public transit - bus or metro. Similar hotels within Paris were US$250 and up per night; Residhome was under US$100 per night. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Paris.
But, we'll try not to arrive by train at 9 pm next time. We ended up paying €45 for a taxi because it was raining and we were just DONE with traveling for the day

The Intermarche is better than the Carrefour for groceries, the food hall had some great options and the Bloom Cafe was an excellent breakfast

📌Who we are
Hi and Welcome! We are Jeff and Sandra
Forget rocking chairs! We are full time retirement travelers! We’re redefining retirement through our budget travel adventures. In 2023 we’ve sold most of our belongings and set out to travel , slowly, for the next few years…. on a modest budget.

As we travel, we find #thingstodo wherever we are at and share what we learn. Our activity videos are not meant to save you the trouble of visiting a place; they are intended to give you enough info to decide whether or not you want to experience it yourself.
